  5. Entry Restrictions: To enter entrants must be an Australian resident and be aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Promotion.Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manger, employee, officer or contractor. If requested by the Promoter, the winner must produce proof of age, drivers license and/or proof of residency.
  6. How to enter: Entrants will receive 1 entry by posting a photo to their Instagram or Instagram story featuring a pack of Zuum and tagging @zuumenergy during the promotion period. Entrants will receive 5 entries into the promotion by posting an Instagram reel or Tik Tok featuring Zuum and tagging @zuumenergy. Entrants are limited to entering via these methods once each, meaning maximum the maximum number of entries possible is 6.
  7. Draw Details: One winner will be drawn at random at 18:00 AEST on 18th of March 2024
  8. Draw Method: The competition is a game of chance. The winning entrant will be selected by a random algorithm from a spreadsheet including all valid entries
  9. Prize Details: One price of AUD $2,000 cash. The prize is not transferrable or exchangeable and all taxes which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  10. Notification and Publication of Winner: The winner will be notified by their Instagram or Tik Tok account by direct message within 2 business days of winner determination. Winner will be published on the @zuumenergy Instagram account by 18:00 AEST on 19th March 2024
  11. The winner must be available to accept the prize within 7 business days of notification. If the prize has not been claimed within 7 business days of notification, the relevant winner’s entry will be considered invalid, and the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner using the same method. The winner of the unclaimed prize will be notified in writing.
  12. The promotor’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence with entrants will be entered into.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to accept entries which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with these terms and conditions or which contravene any applicable laws or regulations.
  14. Entries may only be submitted in accordance with the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form. Computer generated or other automated entries (and votes) will not be accepted. Once submitted, entries may not be altered or deleted.

These rights include a statutory guarantee that any services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill and that any goods supplied will be of acceptable quality. These Conditions of Entry do not exclude, restrict or modify those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, other than those contained within the relevant Australian or New Zealand consumer laws and legislation Australian Consumer Law, regarding the quality and suitability of any prize and will not be responsible for breach of any such terms.

If requested by the Promoter, entrants and winner must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding this Promotion or their winning of a prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter and its associated companies and agencies using their name and image in promotional material.

Entrants acknowledge that there may be inherent risks in some aspects of the Promotion or the prize and that participation in the Promotion or the prize may involve participating in dangerous activities. By submitting an entry to the Promotion, each entrant agrees to assign all rights, including intellectual property rights, in the entry to the Promoter and consents to the Promoter using the entry in any manner the Promoter wishes (including modifying, adapting or publishing the entry, whether in original or modified form, in whole or in part or not at all), by way of all media, without payment to the entrant (of royalties, compensation or otherwise). By submitting an entry, each entrant consents to any dealings with the entry that may otherwise infringe their moral rights in the entry. The Promoter may copy any content submitted as part of an entry, cause the content to be seen and/or heard in public, and communicate the content to the public. It may also allow third parties to do these things.

The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter’s database.  The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion and to relevant authorities in the Relevant States, and the winner’s name and State/Territory of residence may be published in accordance with these Conditions of Entry and as required under relevant legislation. The Promoter is bound by the Australian and New Zealand privacy regulatory framework and its privacy policy.
