We’re Alex, Eamon and Hugo, three high-school best mates who had a pretty simple idea during a stint in COVID hotel quarantine.
Like a lot of young Aussies, we lived pretty chaotic lives and were fed up with having to choose between sugary energy drinks filled with crap and overpriced coffee to fuel our lives. There had to be better way.
Then it hit us...
"What if we put caffeine in gum?"
It was as simple as that. A product we already used daily with the benefit we so greatly desired. A lifestyle stimulant in our pocket that was a cleaner, faster and more cost-effective way to boost every moment… from the Monday Morning Frantics to Saturday Night Antics.
We built Zuum with the elite sportsperson and caffeine-obsessed tweaker in mind, but soon realised it had a far broader appeal.
